Cancellation and Refund Policy

Medolution Healthcare Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 183-P Ground Floor – B, Sector 52, Gurugram, Haryana – 122003, India. (“Dr.SaHaab, we, us”), owns and operates www.drsahaab.com and a mobile application/Website under the brand name Dr.SaHaab (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) where users can place orders to purchase the Products and/or Services offered by us listed/available on the Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you”).

This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions [accessible at Terms of Use | Dr.SaHaab] sets out Dr.SaHaab’s procedures and policies in accepting: (a) Cancellation and (b) Refund thereof. Any cancellation of Products or Services by you is subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

Services booked can be cancelled online and the amount deducted is based on the time of cancellation and the status of the services being availed at the time of cancellation as follows:

  • Lab/Diagnostics Tests
  • A Lab/ Diagnostics Centre can deny/refuse testing after booking confirmation through the website/app for which refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.

A Lab/Diagnostics Test can be cancelled until 12 hours prior to the  “sample collection” through the App/website. Once the sample is collected, the Test cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided to the User.

 

A Lab/Diagnostics Test can be refused when empanelled phlebotomist arrives or before the arrival at the pickup location provided by the User on the testing date and time. In such cases refund will be initiated as per the refund policy

 

On cancellation when the empanelled phlebotomist has arrived the customer will get a window period of 48 hours starting that given day itself for rescheduling the test within the next 7 working days. In case of no booking within the allotted 48 hours refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.

 

Refund Policy

Refund will be provided on the amount deducted based on the time of cancellation and the status of the services being availed as follows:

  • In case of cancellation from Lab/Diagnostics Centre

Full refund will be initiated if the Lab/Diagnostics Tests denies/refuses testing post confirmation from the website/app.

 

  • In  case of cancellation by the customer 

Full Refund will be initiated if the Testing is cancelled upto 5pm on working days provided the Testing is scheduled for the next day or on a further date.

 

In case of cancellation on the Testing Date provided by the Customer or arrival of Phlebotomist at the given customer location - INR 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rupees) will be deducted on cancellation when the empanelled phlebotomist has arrived on the location provided by the customer from the amount already been paid by the person availing our services and rest of the amount if it deems so will be adjusted if and when the services are sceduled within the Next seven working days within 48 hours of alloted rescheduling time period. Post 48 hours only 25% of the billing amount will be returned to your DS wallet/NEFT within 7 working Days, duly calculated after deduction of INR 250.

 

  • Online refund: 7-10 business days subject to the bank turnaround time and RBI Guidelines.

 

  • Online refund to other Wallets: 2 -7 Working Days.

 

  • To claim refund kindly support it with related documents.

 

  • In normal cases, any refund beyond 7 days from the scheduled date of and time of testing will neither be entertained nor considered.

 

  • Our quality team reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund.
